Achieving Complete EMR and Real ROI

Mercy Regional Health Center (MRHC), an acute care facility with 150 beds in two facilities in Manhattan, Kansas, achieved cost savings, faster admissions and patient finance processes and increased productivity by replacing hard copies of forms with Access PFS. With forms automation and electronic workflow in place, staff members share information more quickly and securely between departments and MRHC’s two facilities. As PFS ports forms directly into the document management system, data is current and consistent across the hospital’s EMR systems.

The Access solution has also reduced forms waste and eliminated the redundancy associated with duplicate and outdated forms.
