Complete Patient Registration, Clinical Documents on a Tablet and Interface Them into EHRs
Access Logical Ink (ALI) is a tablet-based documentation solution that enables physicians and nurses to access and complete clinical documentation from anywhere in the facility. A clinician simply selects the patient, chooses the form type – such as progress note or questionnaire – and completes it using the tablet’s stylus. Patients can also review, fill in and electronically sign registration packets and consent forms. ALI can pull in data from previous clinical documents to speed form completion and help ensure care continuity.
Upon completion, forms data is automatically interfaced into the patient’s electronic health record (EHR) via the enterprise content/document management (ECM/EDM) system, and is immediately available across the hospital.
