Instead of searching for pre-printed versions that may not be current or in the correct place, nurses simply select the patient and print all required forms (such as order sets, history & physical, nurses’ notes) on demand, with barcodes and patient demographics applied.
Upon completion, native integration with the document imaging or enterprise content/document management (ECM/EDM) system facilitates auto-indexing in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR). Alternatively, forms can be completed paperlessly with Access e-Signature or on a tablet and interfaced directly into the patient record.
A forms library comes with more than 3,500 standard forms, and staff can easily convert existing paper forms and create new ones.
