When you meet Tina Anderson, you’re bound to hear her talk about the importance of having a culture focused on service excellence. Having spent more than 30 years in health care, she’s committed to helping providers leverage technology to drive results.

Tina recently joined the Access team as Vice President of Professional Services. She’s leveraging the three decades of best practices and industry knowledge she’s gleaned to lead a team of tech talent that brings our systems to life.

Once a client selects Access as their eForms solution provider, Tina and her team get to work. They handle all phases of the system implementation – from set-up to configuration to form development to go-live.

Her 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. never really looks the same. But she largely focuses on ensuring all implementations are on-track, and that any clients facing challenges are getting the top-notch service they expect from Access. In addition to her implementation expertise, Tina also understands change management and helps clients navigate the issues that can surface in the health care setting.

Before joining the Access team, Tina had key leadership roles at other health care IT companies including IDX, GE Healthcare, Allscripts and NCR. While health care may be her calling, Tina’s passionate about mentoring others and volunteering. Her career is dotted with entrepreneurial opportunities that gave her the chance to learn about emerging technologies and invest in tomorrow’s health care leaders.

When asked the best business advice she’s been given, Tina says it’s: Know who you are, where you are and where you are going.
