All you have to do is overhear a few conversations in a coffee shop, or scroll down your social media feed, to see how readily we complain about our latest troubles.

Sometimes we run into trouble when attempting to classify our interactions with other people. One of the most common mistakes is thinking of customers as only people who buy products or services from us.
